Richard H. BachmannExecutive Vice President and Chief Legal OfficerMr. Bachmann was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”) in February 1999 and was elected Secretary of EPGP in November 1999. He previously served as a Director of EPGP from June 2000 to January 2004 and from February 2006 to May 2010. Mr. Bachmann has served as Executive Vice President of EPE Holdings, LLC since April 2005 and previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary from April 2005 to May 2010. Mr. Bachmann was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Products Company in May 2010 and has served as Chief Legal Officer since May 1999. He previously served as Secretary from May 1999 to May 2010 and as a Group Vice Chairman from December 2007 to May 2010. He served as a Director of DEP Holdings, LLC from October 2006 to May 2010 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of DEP Holdings, LLC from October 2006 to April 2010. Mr. Bachmann served as a Director of EPE Holdings, LLC from February 2006 to May 2010 and as a Director of Enterprise Products Company from January 1999 to May 2010. In November 2006, he was appointed as an independent manager of Constellation Energy Partners LLC. He also serves as a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees of Constellation Energy Partners LLC and as the chairman of its Conflicts Committee. |
